Hey guys,
Long time reader here starting a log on my next cycle. To date I've done two cycles, a standard test/dbol cycle which I had wicked results, and a test/tren/sdrol cycle that I had to stop early do to health problems.
Stats:
25yo
180lbs
11.2% BF (as per the claw)
5'9
I have been lifted steadily for almost 4 years now with no more than a week off during that time. When I started working out seriously I was 140lbs, to date the most I've ever seen has been 190lbs.
Going to keep my calories above maitenance but not rediculous. Finding quality over quantity when it comes to calories is much more effective for me.
Test E 750mg/week MWF 1-12
EQ 750mg/week MWF 1-12
Dbol 50mg daily 1-6
Looking to add about 15lbs of lean mass, which is a reach but achievable if I stay on top of everything.
Will be working out 6 days a week, only taking Sundays off.
Any feedback would be appreciated!
