Sust 250/ Tren E. 100 day cycle

First this in not my first cycle, nor first time with either of these hormones.
I am 25yrs old, 264lbs 5'10'', squat is around 500/1rm and i can put up 225lbs on the incline bench 25 reps when Im not dieting.
Just going to log my cycle for people to see results,
-100 days of:
-250mg sust/ every 5 days
-200mg tren e/ every 5 days
I have been taking test for a while at low dose, sort of a cruise/blast type guy. I have Nova on hand but dont really have the need for it on cycle i dont have gyno probs or bloat/ unless im eating way too much.
My diet i will do is basically cyclical ketosis, 14 days no carbs ( which i had aleady done b4 i started cycle) then every 3-4 workouts ill take in 600-900 carbs in 18 hours, then back to ZERO carbs. What I am trying to accomplish is fat loss and muscle gain...
My last cycle was 400mg of a test mixture(150test e/150 test cyp/50 prop/50 isocaprate) every 5 days. I gained 30lbs in 12 weeks, but quite a bit was fat, due to me eating everything i could ( experimentation with dirty bulk).
So this bulk/cut will be about no carbs/high carbs.
-250g protein
-600g fat
-0 carbs
then after the 3-4 day of intense training
.. 200g protein
-less than 90g fat
-600-900 carbs
any advice/ comments/ questions...thanks?
 
haven't had it tested recently, I was 280lbs about December 2014, im down to 264lbs now, 19 inch arms, 44 inch around my widest part of my stomach, wear 2xl, im thinking between 25-28% not where I want to be but its coming. Im down 2 inches in my waist or more since Dec 2014. I will upload pics when I can cover my tattoos and face, ( cover my identity). Day 2 on the stack, just carbed up last night, I used gatorade energy chews and cereal and low fat cookies. lol My goal was to get around 600 carbs in with as little as fat as possible, without eating pure table sugar. Think i had a total of 25g fat with my 600 carbs, not bad. Will work on the pics asap
