Sustanon 250

I have read that sustanon 250 is good for a first time cycle. Is that a good idea or not?

Sus is a complicated form of testosterone and should be administered EOD to keep levels stable. I think you're better off starting with a single ester based test such as Cypionate or Enanthate, it will keep blood levels more stable.

In saying that, I know of many guys who have gained using only 250mg of sus EW for 10 weeks. IMO, stick with the single ester test
