swale what would your advice be on the following:-

if someone has run a few moderate (both in dose and cycle length)anabolic steroid courses & followed recommended post cycle therapy of using clomid at 100mg for 3-4 weeks.after bloodtests they are diagnosed to be hypogonadal(low testosterone levels).
considering that trt is a life long commitment & you want your patients condition diagnosed precisely.would you recommend the person starts trt treatment immediately under your recommended dosages(starting with 5mg androgel/or 100mg/week test cypionate with follow up tests & readjustment in dosage if necessary).
OR would you recommend they recommence with a pct protocol of clomid for an extended period(6 weeks) with follow up blood tests so you as a doctor are content with a hypogonadal diagnosis if the tests point to this so you know that trt is YOUR PATIENT'S ONLY OPTION.
i only ask this for a proper evaluation of a patients condition as i have already stated trt is a life long commitment & there is no going back.
i was wondering if my pct(to be sure to be sure!!!) pre testosterone replacement therapy cycle to see if with extended pct the hpta may recover before proceeding with trt treatment if the hpta does not recover was something that you take into consideration before proceeding with trt for your patient???
I HOPE THIS MAKES SOME KIND OF SENSE.it was just something i was pondering & wanted to know your view.
