Swale, using your clinical experience, how long does it take some guys on an AAS treatment cycle for their LH to fully recover? And is ball shrinkage usually an indicator on how long it will take for full recovery following the cessation of the cycle?

I am sorry to tell you that there is no good answer to your question. Recovery is that variable. And of course, there are instances where it just never does.

Swale,

Good enough answer for me. I understand that different individuals will respond differently to different protocol methods. But if one where to follow your method for recovery and use hCG (250IU to 500IU) two days each week throughout the whole cycle, serving the testes to maintain "their form and function," would it even matter for the patient to use clomid and or nolva upon cessation of the cycle? In other words, if LH levels rise fairly rapidly, and the testes are ready, willing, and able to produce test, would our natural LH response be sufficient enough to produce testosterone on our own again?

Yes, use of a drug from the SERM class, such as Clomid or Nolvadex is preferred. There are guys who get along just fine without it, though.

However, I do want to keep this Forum strictly to HRT type questions, rather than AAS, please.
