I was given a rx for deca by modern therepy.com. My last blood test showed a test level of 247 ng/dl. I am wondering what you think about a deca rx. I was also given a rx for 200 mg of test Ew along with the deca.

NO! Test is best.

Deca risks nasty side effects such as gynocomastia which cannot be controlled with anti-E meds, and also is well-known to induce long-term impotence.

The body needs testosterone. It does not need Deca.

I am a purist: deca is for steroid cycles, not TRT.
