swale, serum estradiol??

swale, thanks in advance for your advice. i'm ready to order my blood tests through healthtestsdirect.com, and the only estradiol test they offer is 'serum'. is that acceptable?

As long is it is a sensitive assay with a reference range apropriate for males.
