i have been takine 10mg/ed of nolvadex should i bump up the dosage or i have heard a lot about arimidex i can get some quick should i start that and how much of the adex should i take

what dosages are you using now? definitely get the arimi as well. for now, go with nolva at 40mg ed for 4-5, then 20mg ed for another 4-5 and then back down to 10mg ed for the remainder of the cycle. that should take care of the swelling. also, add arimi at .5mg eod. that ought to do the trick.

and don't forget the training bra.
