switch from dumbell bench or new gym

I am on my first day of deloading of the 5xt5 so I am doing 3x3. I used the 125lbs dumbells and that is the most my gym has. I could definitely go higher since i just started to deload. I could switch to barbell bench but quite honestly my shoulders always get screwed up when i do. so i guess my only option is find a new gym since i dont have the cash to build a home gym right now. i guess I,m just venting. strength has its drawbacks I suppose.
 
I noticed that no one has answered you . So i say when you can press those 125 's for 10 -15 reps then worry about it. :cool:
