If I was ibbf pro n had to do some shit to place where I want maybe I would run that long but for someone that’s just hitting gym for looks I try to balance out what I want in result vs health effects. Not to long ago I see a thread dude warning people he was cruising low dose tren with his test now have congested heart failure. Yea that’s a fkn problem n I don’t want to go down that road n the god honest truth I like gear that makes me feel good n puts me at peak conditioning levels. Quicker stronger fast endurance. Tren yea strength good def changes the body but for shit conditioning n does a number on your cardio vascular yes I run it low dose in n out. I believe you can still achieve the look tren gives you with other compounds

Totally agree, i use very little tren when I do. Pertaining to the question though is why I asked the first part that got us here. I was never giving the OP advice to run a 16 week cycle, I just asked the question to you that maybe he was.
