If i run, test winny and Var with T3, should that be enough to prevent muscle loss from T3?

Looking to be lean, without lowering calories too much (Cause truthfully i feel like ass when calories are too low).
Hopefully ill maintain muscle mass.
What dose of T3 Daily do you reccomend?
50mcg should be sufficient. And if you aren't significantly cutting calories be sure you're at least lowering your carb intake.
