T3 and Clen - off cycle

Hello guys. How you guys doing.

I am about to go into my pct from next week.

I was wondering if I can run T3 and Clen together. (I am asking this because I recently found out that I shouldn't run clen and ephedrine together because they work by similar mechanism, so I wanted to make sure that I can run T3 and Clen together...)

Also, I heard many people say that T3 should only be used WITH steroids because they can be catabolic...
But I read an article by Bill Roberts, saying that 12.5mcg ~ 25mcg of T3 isn't too suppessive of natural thyroid production so it will not interfere with normal metabolism. so I thought I could run low dose (20mcg) of T3 while off cycle, without any catabolism. What do you guys think?
so to make this clear, my second question is 'can I run T3 during off cycle? would running T3 off cycle lead to catabolism? '

T3 at that low of a dose is pretty pointless. I have seen some guys run that low of dose on cycle while bulking to help with protein synthesis. To drop weight with a higher dose of say 100mcg and above I would not do so without being on test at least. It will eat your mass up in a hurry. In my exp strength will drop pretty quick even when on gear if T3 is at a high dose.

I'm not sure why Roberts said 12.5 - 25 mcg of T3 isn't suppressive but I assure you it is, and once the HPTA stabilizes, the result will be absolutely nothing. Don't waste your time.

Thanks man for your reply. What do you mean 'when HPTA stabilizes, the result will be absolutely nothing'? do you mean when I finish PCT, catabolism of T3 will melt down the muscle that I built during cycle?

I mean when you take exogenous thyroid hormones, your own thyroid will reduce its output accordingly and you'll end up exactly where you started. IOW, the net effect is zero.

He'll end up back to where he is if he doesn't change his diet and/or increase cardio.

I do know in the past where serious BB were using t3/clen during pct. They used it then to justify poor diet & such........


Probably want to consider 2 grams of protein per pound if going this route.
 
Why not just modify your calorie intake and macro composition and add some cardio. You should be able to but that in a month with a little effort.
yeah. i think i better not mess up with t3 for now... i should just modify my macro like you said and use clen only... thank you for your advice.

I, personally have been taking 100mcg T3 for 5 weeks and have not noticed any strength loss at all. I'm usually above 250g of protein/day, which I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I don't think I've had any noticeable muscle loss, but I haven't gotten that tested.

Here's some food for thought if you care to research it a bit more: I have started to take albuterol which can possible be anabolic in higher doses. In my head, the catabolic properties of T3 might be offset if combined. This is pure speculation and I have NO proof to back this up, but I like to think pleasant thoughts.

okay. that makes sense... thanks for your advice.

Just to clarify, I'm talking about the physiological doses of thyroid hormone/T3 you asked about. It goes without saying that supraphysiological will induce hyperthyroidism.
