In Lyle Macdonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0 he recommends taking T3 on the low carb days only. (The diet consists of 4 low carb days, 2 days of carb load, and 1 maintenance day.) Does anyone think it would be unwise to take T3 four days a week and go off the other days?
My two cents is that I can't see any reason one couldn't run 75-100 mcg on the low carb days and then 25 mcg on the other three as a replacement dose. Perhaps yo-yoing your T3 like that is a bad idea though. What does everyone think?
By the way I am one week into running 50 prop and 50 tren-a ED along with the T3, EC and .25 mg/day prami. I plan on running all for 8 weeks. I leave out the ephedrine during the carb up, per Macdonald's recommendation.
Stats are: 33yrs, 205, 14-15% bf, 5th cycle (first in the 5 years though), test E, prop, deca, and tren-a once before.
