T3/Clen cycle that I have coming up

Alright, I'm about to run a T3/Clen cycle and was wondering from the people have done it in the past, which of the two cycles below would work the best:

There is no dosing schedule for Clen just take as much as you can each day. Some ramp T3 buty I dont I have never found a documented medical reason to do so. I just start at my dose and stay there. If this is your first time with T3 and you are going for fat loss you might try starting at somewhere between 50-100 mcg per day.

Taking into consideration T3 burns both fat and some muscle, the only thing I really have right now is M1T and 4-AD, no forms or real aas. Should I take either one of those with it, or just run the T3 and clen by itself?
 
yes t3 will burn muscle, normally this is offset by using an anabolic, however without an anabolic i would just keep the dose low 50mcg or so, also probably be a good idea to do the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with an ephedra caffiene product on the off weeks...you can run the t3 for a while i would def. taper coming off the stuff
 
I agree, with Atlamo, see T3 is very efficient, but dosent allow any mistakes on its usage. If you mess it up, you will have a very hard time to recover from hormonal imbelance, wich will take you months to recover. Please be advise by a doctor before you run it.

I totally agree with you in regards to checking with a doc before you use T3. Get a thyroid panel done (check out the thread in the HRT and Longevity forum on blood testing) because there are situations where taking T3 can be very detrimental. But I'm curious if you have any research about the "hard time to recover from hormonal imbalance" if someone just uses T3 for non-medical purposes or if this is just anecdotal evidence. I've been researching T3 and haven't found any reference to this in regards to people with a "normal" thyroid. Thanks bros. Peace.
 
Im not sure whaty you mean about hormonal imbalance, I dont ever have any sides from T3 use once I stop. I have been over 100mcg a day and just stop. everything always comes back from where I left off. What I mean is Ii dont see anything that could be a symptomm of a shutdown or dormant thyroid.
