This morning I started T3 and clen. T3 at 50 and clen at 20. Will increase the clen accordingly. I’m starting to sweat. Is to be expected from T3? Do these supps help with energy perhaps?
 
Clen is giving me crazy cramps , and that’s only at 40 mcg ... don’t try and reach to far on your body example , washing in shower , stretching or for the love of god if ya get when during sex forget about it [emoji31][emoji31][emoji31] lol

There are ways to minimize/eliminate those sides.

40mcg is too low to be effective.

By all means you should taper up and down up to 120mcg, not more.

Personally I love the shakes it gives me, it's a bit difficult to workout as you do get limited ROM on your exercises, especially when the cramping sensations comes up.

Some people do 2 days on, 2 days off, others 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

I'm doing it for longer, but need to take something extra in order to keep my receptors up.

No way at this point I could go to even 80 or 100 let alone 120 , I tried 80 once and couldn’t sleep , couldn’t type , heart was going to explode etc .... I’ll hit 60 tmr , gtta cut poll in half tho mine are 40mcg per pill .

Ya, I’m gonna grab some ketofin real soon. Aye, you don’t think clen or t3 can come up as a false positive on a drug test do you? I understand modafinil and dmaa can cause a false positive. I’m hoping t3 or clen doesn’t metabolize into something that could cause a false positive for amphetameans

I don't think you have anything to worry about .

You really think 40 mcg of clen is too low to be effective?
 
I feel good on this combo in regards to energy levels. I recently stopped tren enth after 10 weeks and that shit left me feeling dead. Now I have energy again and I’m fed like I can bring some heat to my training session in a few minutes
Tren lowers t3 levels. So the fact that you are supplementing with it Now and you are off tren, I can only imagine how good you must feel. If you want your energy and mood to continue that way I recommend you don’t increase the t3 dose too fast; maybe 25mcg every week until you get to your goal, and then make sure you taper back down. With clen get a thermometer, and when you get to a dose you feel comfortable staying at, take your temperature, that way you know that when your temp drops back below, that’s when the clen is losing its effects. Most say two weeks. However, I think 3 weeks Is fine, before your receptors need a breather.
