T3 Cycle for Newbie

Hey Guys,


I was hoping to get some quick help in regards to a T3 cycle. I’m a complete newbie and am just looking to cut 7-8lbs quickly. I wouldn’t be taking this on a test cycle. The issue I’m having upon doing research for a beginner T3 cycle is every article every forum is saying something different from dosage to length and I obviously want to make sure I run it right.


So I was thinking of either 12.5 or 25mcg every day for 2-3 weeks on and just come off it. Since I’m not on a test cycle I’m trying to minimize muscle loss as much as possible. I’ve seen some posts recommend 75mcg every day and say you don’t have to come off it, but I’m not sure I want to risk permanently messing up my thyroid. Also do I need to run a PCT on a low dose like 25mcg ed?

First off I wouldn't recommend running T3 without being on some form of AAS due to the serious amount of muscle you could lose during the usage. Even a cruising dose of 200mg/week of test would do a lot to help circumvent catabolism of muscle.

Dosage wise your wasting your time running T3 at 12.5-25mcg per day for fat loss purposes as the body produces this amount daily and you would simply be swapping your natural version for synthetic. 50mcgs up to as high as 150mcg (stupid imo) is the standard dosing.

Tapering up or down is a personal preference based on your body's reaction to T3. Some people can jump on at 50, run it up too 100 and then jump off and be back to normal in as little a 1-2 weeks. Some people feel better tapering off so there isn't a giant shock to the system going from 100mcg ED to nothing until your thyroid kicks back in to service.
 
You don't need to pct with t3. You can taper down to mitigate some sides.

You won't see much benefit at 25iu, unless you are already hypo. I would taper it up to 50 over the course of three days or so, then go to 75 if you feel the need. 25 is barely above normal production, so there's no point shutting yourself down for it.

You shouldn't need to run it more than a few weeks with your goals. Make sure your diet is on point when you come off, as your metabolism is going to be slow, so it can make for a rebound effect.

Why choose t3 over any other weight loss means? It works well, but your goals are pretty modest. Pretty easily achievable with other methods.
 
Hahahahah its like the chicken or the egg came first. I'm trying to lean out as much as possible before starting a test e only cycle. I know you put on a little weight on cycle so I was trying to get my BF % as low as possible before starting. So it seems like taking T3 is waste unless on gear to prevent muscle loss, and the whole purpose of possibly taking it was to lean out before I jump on T. So I guess I'll just wait or stick to clen. My body doesnt respond well to ECA stacks
 
Your best bet is to clear your clen from your system and run all 3 together. Then you can makes some modest muscle gains and drop some fat at the same time.
 
Or, you could run a longer cycle, and switch it over to a cut around the ten week mark, once gains slow down.

But I would definitely run it with test somehow.
 
Just stick with cutting prior and get the body fat down. It will more than likely make your cycle go better. At least you will be able to eat for growth and have that bit of extra room you created by dropping some fat prior. Not to mention cycling at a lower bodyfat can help mitigate sides and help prevent health concerns.
