T3 vs. Albuterol

Assume final 40 days of a 90 day cycle. For the last 40 days you are running the following:

60mg Tren A ED
80mg Test P ED
25mg Winny ED

Assume 10% bf with a goal of 5% bf. Proper diet assumed with carbs in the AM and post workout. 2,000 to 2,500 calories of health foods only.

Workouts 6 days a week with cardio and lifting.

Note: I don't like clen, cant handle the jitters. So let's keep this about the topic at hand.

Now for my question: If you had a choice to run T3 or Albuterol for the last 40 days, which would be better for achieving the goal of 5% bf ?

I have had success dropping weight (weight above 10% bf) with T3. I have no experience with Albuterol. I need to know which of these two will help expose my abs the best.

Albuterol is going to be better for you than T3, IMO. I would never take T3 on cycle above 20mcg because it's so anticatabolic. Comparatively, you can take a much higher dose of albuterol to maximize your results. If you get close to 100mcg ED or above with T3, you risk losing what you are gaining during the cycle.

That being said, albuterol is still a stimulant. However, Anthony Roberts writes this about Albuterol:

Clen is simply too harsh on most people; they get too jittery, too shaky, and too anxious. It’s a lot to go through to burn some fat. But in my own personal experience, Albuterol produces a much "cleaner" type of stimulant effect than Clenbuterol. I don’t know how to really describe this other than to say that the "Clen-shakes" just aren’t as bad with Albuterol…in addition, I’m able to focus better on my work when I use Albuterol, while with Clen I’m stimulated but not really focused.

That anecdote can be found within the Albuterol profile on this website. I think it's a good choice and I'm considering giving it a shot instead of Clen the next time around.

Good stuff. I am looking at similar for the first quarter.

Why don't you just lower the dose so you're not taking too much? The same goes for albuterol. If you're taking too much and the side effects are excessive, you simply need to take less.

Because no matter how low I dosed the clen it seemed to mess with me so bad that life was no longer enjoyable. Perhaps I have an allergy? Then again, you are talking to a guy who is glued to the ceiling from 1/4 cup regular coffee. I can't have caffeine at all.

I read that Albuterol did not give you the jitters, did not make you "flat" like T3, but I was unsure that it could really help me burn off that last 5% bf. I have lost extensive weight with T3 but did not feel like I looked so great while on it. I'm also unsure if it will burn off that really stubborn fat here at the end.

Is DNP really even an option any more? Someone PM me please.

Have you thought about HGH???

Everyone's bodies are different and everyone will respond to these drugs differently.

Fat loss is really very simple it is not a complex topic, calories in < calories out + proper training will yield a physique which is as lean as you want it to be. If you would like a physique which is more lean then create a larger caloric deficit.

On a similar note, from my experiences, I feel that the lower you go with the caloric deficit, the more important quality complex carbs become. People try to get by with high protein diets while trying to lose weight. That works great for a few days. Then people are left wondering why they are so tired all the time and why they feel weaker. Proper caloric deficit training is all about timing. Well spaced meals thorughout the day keep your energy up an keep you fresh for training. Carb's the word, son!

I have a medication (Lithium) that really hangs on to fat no matter what my caloric intake. I train very hard. Completely covered in sweat, dripping in sweat for 1.5 hours per day.

HGH...well I see it out there but I never know if it's real. Also it is very expensive. And I only have 40 to 50 days here before I need to be ready.

I eat very healthy. Normally I only buy things with one ingredient. Lentils, kale, beans, onion, olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, veggies, fruits, rolled oats, rolled cashi, 10 grain, and then my supplements (which i try to buy the best quality). I am a great cook so I know that this has nothing to do with diet.

Goin out to go get carbo max right now, I changed my diet to include more complex carbs a few days ago as per your advice and I have already noticed a difference. I am also picking up more muscle milk and meal replacement (i was thinking of isopure). I got the diet down bro. Trust me. Carb in the AM first thing and carb after my workout. Getting plenty of protein and real healthy food in between.

I'm older now (35), and I wanna know how I can get back those perfect abs! It's not my exercise plan, it's not my diet, it's not my sleep, perhaps a little stress.

Realistically, will T3 or Albuterol drop my last 5% BF in 40 days? I'm on heavy Tren, Test, and Winny so should I really be worried about losing gains? This is a cutting cycle!

While on that anabolic regimen you'll probably be ok adding T3. But, I am biased against T3. I personally don't want to fuck with something as important as my thyroid. Usually after I say that someone chimes in and says "well aren't you worried about your heart with Clen!" Ya, save it pal. It's all about controlled dosages. Each time I have used Clen, I have never gotten to the same dosages on the same day of a previous cycle. If I wasn't feeling ready to move to the next step, I didn't take it.

If something isn't broken you don't fix it.... I have success with Clen

If your body feels you're not ready for something, it lets you know.

It sounds like you've had success with T3. So, you tell me...does T3 do it for you? Or are you looking for something more? If you're looking for something else, give Albuterol a try.

Ya...my bad bro, I didn't read your WHOLE question, where you specified that you were looking for something to use for only 40 days....I hate it when people don't read the whole thread...my fault.

I found your post helpful. I'm going to give Albuterol a try. Just got back from the health food / vitamin store and now my diet is rock solid. If I dont see any result from the Albuterol in about three weeks then I will opt for the T3.

thanks Get Some!

Oh by the way T3 ... last time I dropped 20 lbs in 4 weeks. But I felt a little deflated when I flexed in the mirror. 4 weeks into cycle I got pumped back up. I just dont know how the T3 does at getting the abs really defined....you know when you can see the veins? =) Hopefully Albuterol will take me there.
