T3 ?

When I was a competitive bodybuilder I would start at 25 mcg and titrate up to 100 mcgs and then back down to nothing.

I do not recommend that for anyone who is interested in optimizing health. Ideally, T3 should only be used for those w/ unacceptably high TSH levels. The range your Family doc works from is a TSH of .4 to 4. However any decent endo will tell you that what you want is 1 or a bit lower (naturally).

The question is, what about those of us w/ TSH levels of say 1.8-2 or so? That is where I am naturally and I don't have the metabolism that I once did. I also was recently diagnosed as Bipolar and the meds, while helping me tremendously in terms of my mental health are predisposing me towards weight gain.

So I have started taking a very small amount of T3, 12 mcgs a day. Thats half a tablet or 1/12th of a cc of the stuff this board sells. Always be very conservative w/ this stuff.

BTW, I train very hard 6-7 days a week and take 1.3-1.5 tubes of testim per day.

TSH of 1.8-2 is perfectly fine, are you saying this is low?
 
i've started @ 25mcg and added 25 mcg every 3 days till i was at 125mcg. hold for a few weeks @ 125mcg then lower 25 mcg every 3rd day till i was back off.

days 1-3 25mcg
4-6 50mcg
7-9 75mcg
10-12 100mcg
13-15 125mcg and hold for a few weeks

then come off the same way you came on.

i used cemproducts alb/t3/keto stack with seemingly good results.

Sounds good, anything goes wrong cut it down.
 
you just did this cycle?? what kind of results did you get..i dont like the idea messn with my thyroid.ill take a cap once in a while..

i did it about a year ago. i dropped about 10 to 15 pounds without dieting really. i coud really feel the heat and shakes. i didn't really monitor results, but was stagnant aty the time and seen results once i started this cycle.
 
Does the dosage/time change when Albuterol and Keto are added? And what dosage should Albuterol and Keto run?


keto 1 ml before bd every night.

albuterol i started with 4mg in the morning forf a few days
then 4mg in the morning in the late afternoon for a few days
then added 4mg in the mid afternoon for 3 doses a day
4-4-4

then 6-4-4
then 6-4-6
then 6-6-6.

morning/noon/afternoon

pretty much uped dose acording to sides (shakes). ran albg for about 3 weeks straight.
