I assume you referring to muscle cramps right? Are they occurring after training or just random? How often are they happening and for how long now?

How long have you been on? What's your dosage? Are you dieting or just throwing it in for supplemental weight loss?

No its ok yes muscle cramps they are occurring random but in the muscle that im training that day im doing keto diet low carbs high fat and protein im taking 20 micro grams two weeks on two weeks off but im not taking right now i stoped because i didn’t like feel those cramps i was taking to loose fat to enter in my steroids cycle
