I was much stronger today during my leg workout. My CNS definitely needed that break. I started with a little bit lighter weight with higher reps to get back into make sure I don't hurt myself after the deload but it was a great workout
Smith squats 135x15 for 2 warmup sets, 185x15, 225x15, 275x10
Ham curl 110x15x4
Leg ext 115x15x4
Adductor 4x15
Abductor 4x15 drop set on last set
Smith lunges 3 sets of 12 on each leg, going up in weight each set.
The pump in my legs was crazy today they felt skin tight, excellent workout.
