Tbol/NPP/Prop 8 week cycle Log

So just to update, my weight (first thing in the am) is now 221.5 lbs.
My hands and feet are a looking a little bit chubby. Which is most likely some water retention. So this is probably some of the weight I put on, which is 6.5 lbs in 7 days. On the up side, endurance in the gym is up. I don't find myself feeling drained or burnt out by the end of my workout. I've been able to keep intensity high right until the end of my workout. The increased carb intake helps.
I don't know if my skin is getting tougher from the peps. But I am having more and more trouble piercing my skin with my slin pins. I actually bent one trying to pin today!

Are you sure your adex is legit? I mean for the bloating?
 
I'm in the start of week 7.
I'm sure my Adex is legit, as my gyno has not flared up at all. I've only notice the bloating in the past week, since I've raised my cals to 4500. I'm also taking in 500g carbs a day. And the chicken I've been eating is the cheap frozen stuff, which is much higher in sodium.
 
I'm done the npp now, still pinning 100mg test p EOD, and starting test e @ 250mg EOD until I'm out of prop. Should work out to around a week or two. I will be extending this cycle 8 more weeks (test only) as suggested by my coach.

So for a conclusion for the 8 weeks cycle-
Made some decent strength gains while taking the Tbol, even while focussed more on hypertrophy. Pumps were decent the whole way thru, but became intense around week 4, when I increased the npp dose to 150mg EOD. Which is when the back pumps started to get painful.
Made some decent gains thru the cycle, gained a total of 19.5 lbs as of today. Not too bad considering my diet was way off for a little more than a week in the middle of the cycle. And the main goal was to make some lean gains. I feel that I did that, seeing as visually I am around the same bf, maybe 1% less. Will need to get that tested soon. My new gym does not have a reliable testing method or anyone I would trust to use the caliper they have.
Hindsight, I should have just eaten to gain the whole way thru cycle and not worried about putting on a little fat.
 
I am going to continue making entries in this log for my own record, and for anyone that cares to read.
Coming into my second week running the enth. Last week was 100mg prop and 250mg enth eod. From here on in it will be 1g enth per week.
Still running ipam and mod grf, going to finish up my current bottles and then take a week off from that. Makes me want to sleep all day and night. Starting a new job in 2 weeks, don't wanna be groggy while trying to prove myself.
Had an old injury flare up (SI joint issue). Causing a lot of muscle tightness in the hips/glutes and pinching the sciatic nerve. It's tolerable for the most part. Doing some of the pt things I was shown to help loosen it up. Helps a lot, but I also have some tb-500 on the way to help speed up the healing process.
Weight has been between 229-232 for the past couple days. Water retention is almost gone. Feet aren't looking chubby anymore. Will most likely be adding more food very soon. Next goal is 240.
