Telmisartan

Will someone plz point me in the direction of some domestic telmisartan I’m having shit luck with a solid source
Honest answer? If not Skank then I’d suggest…wait for it…your doctor. BP meds are among the most prescribed drugs in the US and doctors rarely have very many questions when a patient—especially one who works out and eats well—walks in with high BP. The downside risk of prescribing an ARB is pretty low and the upside is the doctor doesn’t get sued for ignoring something that will almost certainly kill you if left untreated.

I was under the impression telmisartan wasn’t prescribed in the U.S what would you recommend as a close substitute? Or is any ARB as good as the next?

Telmisartan is available in the USA. Frankly, a lot of the differences are just determined by what a drug company wants to test and prove something is good for. Im not sure one drug vs the other does not do the same thing, its just that one company paid the $ to get it tested to prove it does XYZ, so they advertise it as that.

Any of the ARBs (losartan, valsartan, telmisartan, etc.) are, apart from minor differences, going to give you the same results for BP control. So if an ARB besides telmisartan is cheaper or your MD feels more comfortable prescribing it, it shouldn’t matter much.

You sound like you have a medical background!

So does that include the visceral fat reduction that has been reported using 80mg of telmisartan?

I haven’t had BP issues yet so It’s not exactly for BP control i was thinking more along the lines of pro active harm mitigation of left ventricle hypertrophy and to ensure my bp stays good on cycle of course

From what I understood anyone that plays sports or does any lifting or working out will usually have a thicken left ventricle, but it's good to be on top of things and keep an eye on stuff, cause alot of times people are to late and it's like fighting a losing battle expecially if u keep pushing things or just even keep doing what ur doing... Kinda why I prefer a bit lower doses or stuff like primo this way any weight and size doesn't fly on real quick. Putting 20-30lbs on in a few weeks can't be good even if it's mostly water.... There's plenty of srcs that carry it I would read through a CPL threads and check prices u shouldn't have a hard time finding it
