Glutamine
Dude I know that knows what he's on about also told me tumeric in high doses really helped him TE and knees.
Clearly I need to get back on the glutamine msm and chondroitin again! Thanks.

I got tennis elbow bad in one elbow from way overdoing heavy reverse curls. I of course tried BPC-157 and TB500 for many months at 1 gram/day WA h but it didn't help at all. it helped previously for shoulder pain but not his. I ended up getting surgery called Tenex which uses sound waves from a bore needle to debride the tendon. It is much less invasive than open surgery. Recovery time is much faster, no sling post surgery. it's been 2 months and I'm finally almost back to normal. Look up the Tenex procedure and you'll find a datavsenof doctors. insurance no longer covers it though so you have to pay cash. $2,500 was my bill.
So two months to almost full recovery from the date of surgery?

Is there anywhere one could inject in there? Ooof I’m not sure I’d want to try that myself and inject in the wrong spot.
i have to admit , injecting into the tendon near the inner elbow was painful at times , even hitting a nerve once in awhile that really "lights you up", but i was in so much discomfort i was just like "f" it and ran the shots,, Not the wisest way of doing things , but you will try anything to get rid of that pain,,

I would personally avoid injecting in that spot, but that's purely personal. My pain is tolerable and a systemic effect is more than enough.

I did find that going slow on eccentric with the reduced weight, GREATLY improved my pain. Maybe worth a try.

If your pain is pretty high, may worth getting checked by a doctor. I may have missed if you already did that.
