Test Cypionate/Equipiose 10 week Journal

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this type of thing, but I wanted to create a journal of my 10 week cypionate/equipoise cycle.

These are my stats as of last week:

Male
5' 9" tall
168.8 lbs
Lean athletic build (10-13% body fat)

I have:
Test Cypionate ( two 10cc bottles at 250mg/cc)
Equipoise (two 10cc bottles at 200mg/cc)

I'll be taking 2 shots per week (monday and thursday) of 1cc each. Last Thursday I took my first shot and began dieting right (eating clean and big). I didn't feel any different the first couple of days, but I have noticed that my appetite is pretty good. I don't get full nearly as soon as I did 2 weeks ago. Maybe it's just a mental thing right now, but it is definately easier to stick to my diet now.

So far I've worked my chest on thursday, shoulders on friday, legs on saturday, took sunday off. I haven't been able to tell a big difference in the weight I lift or endurance. It's probably just too soon.

It's Monday today and I took my second shot this morning. It was 1cc of each with a 22 guage, inch and a half needle. So far I haven't had any complications regarding injections. The first injection was the worst in terms of nervousness. It took me a couple minutes of reassuring myself that I knew how to inject properly. This morning went in with no pain, no bleeding, nothing.

TODAY:
I trained arms today. Pretty mych did every kind of curl I could think of with every piece of equipment I could find. I worked each set to exhaustion before moving on to the next. I did notice that my recovery was a little better today than it has been. Again, maybe it's just mental, or a byproduct of eating healthy and taking other supplements such as multi-vitamins and creatine. Whatever it is, I like it!

Also I weighed in at 174.4 lbs this morning. Maybe the creatine and water??? I don't look bloated or anything. Just a little more pumped than usual.

Tomorrow I have to work a 24 hour shift, so I'll be taking the day off. Wednesday will probably be my back day. I'll try to update at least every other day. I'll also try to get some numbers posted soon so we can measure my progress.

My Supplements:

Creatine Monohydrate (GNC Brand)
100% Whey Protien (GNC Brand)
Mens One a day multivitamin

I was thinking of buying some cytogainer or some other super high calorie meal replacement for when I work these 24 hour shifts. Sometimes it's hard for me to take the time to eat as I should while on shift. Thankfully it's only one or two days per week that I'd need to do this.

Any other suggestions for supplements that might help with my cycle?

Hi,

It's 8/15/06 and I'm working today. Last night I injured my right hand while grappling. I thought it may have been broke, but today it's more like a bad sprain. Hopefully this won't alter my training much. I'm going to lay off the grappling for a couple weeks and focus more on lifting while I heal.

Tomorrow is my next day at the gym. I'll let you guys know how it goes being injured.

Do injuries heal quicker when you are on a cycle????

Lower your volume and increase your frequency per bodypart. That once a week stuff is old and inefficient.

Multiple sets of every kind of curl to failure tells me you have no idea how to train. Check out a 5x5, HST, DC, etc...

I agree dude. You need to know how to train before you jump on roids....
