test e 400mg too painfull

If the gear isnt dirty add oil to dilute. Use lower doses 200-250. 400mg is alot to disolve.too much ba or infection will mess u up and cause scar tissue in muscle

Cheers mate i binned it and using same raws dosed it at 250mg and no probs from it at all ,i will just put it down to experience.

The suggestion to dilute with more oil is indeed the solution.

While the concern about diluting BA absolutely could in principle be a significant issue, in practice it isn't, because BA is almost always much higher than necessary for safety.

And for that matter, any BA is more than is actually necessary. (The great majority of what I've personally used over the years had no BA at all: deliberately.) It is only something of a safety net, rather than a requirement. And not a safey net for walking on a wire, but say against stumbling off of the sidewalk. With reasonable care, BA just isn't needed at all actually.
