New to the board, wanting to lock down on exactly what I'll be running before placing final orders on gear. Advice/suggestions appreciated.
Background: 28 years old, former college athlete, 1 cycle at age 20 done horribly wrong but luckily suffered no ill consequences. Lots of heavy lifting/oly lifting experience from college days but at that point where adding mass is no longer a viable goal (2 shoulder surgeries, right knee issues).
Been working on cutting weight for 5 months now, diet is very strict really only room for improvement is increase protein intake some days fall short.
Entered the new year at 220 I'm all the way down to 195, but having cut all this weight I've lost a lot of muscle and fat loss not what I expected. Currently at 15%, need to lean out more. I chose these specific compounds keeping in mind my joint/tendon issue history and the amount of cardio I'll be doing to further reduce BF%. I know I'm overtraining currently so hoping a rise in test will allow me to better manage these workouts.
Planning on running 12 wk cycle as follows:
1-10 Test E 500/wk inj. 250 every 3.5 days
1-10 EQ 400/wk inj. 250 every 3.5
1-12 hcg 500iu/wk inj. 250 every 3.5 days 1st 10 wks w/ 500 ED blast 10 days after wk 10
1-4 Tbol 20mg ED split 10 morning/10 night
13-16 Nolva/Clomid need advice on best protocol
Adex on hand.. Need suggestions how often what dosage to run
