Hello all. After a long wait and a lot of time of planning the day has finally came to do my 2nd cycle. I will be starting on Tuesday (2nd April) and will be logging things like water and muscle gain, strength gains, side effects and my over all experience.
My 2nd cycle will be:
Week 1-16 | 500mg Test E
Week 2-13 | 400mg NPP
Week 1-8 | 30-50mg Dbol
Week 1-16 | 500mg TUDCA daily
Week 1-16 | 12.5mg Aromasin e3d
Week 1-8 | Nolvadex 20mg daily ( To prevent gyno from dbol )
I have prami and telemisartan on hand if needed.
Targeted protein will be 200-250g and calories will be adjusted as body weight progresses. The goal is muscle and strength gain with as minimal amount of fat gain as I can get but not worried to much.
I’ll be doing a bro split for my training, I found that I’m able to get a better more instense workout that way:
1. Chest/abs
2. Back/calves
3. Legs/abs
4.Shoulders/calves
5.Arms/forearms/abs
6. Rest
Repeat
Will be walking to the gym instead of driving for some cardio. About 40-50 mins a there and back.
I’m hoping this log will help people who are looking into doing this cycle or something similar to give them some insite. If you have any questions or advice for me please comment.
