Test P solution yellow tint

The solution in the far left has a yellow tint and others are fine.
The recipe was:
100 mg/ml
2% BA
20% BB
Rest Mig840

What could have happened with yellow solution? Has it gone bad? Should I toss it away?

Do you only filter or also terminally sterilize. I have had this happen before when I terminally sterilize with dry heat. There are times where vials will have different variations of yellow tint, although they are theoretically exactly the same. I have never had an issue with them, although mine are for personal use.

I sterilize the vials in an instant pot with steam under pressure, filter the solution into them and then cap.
