Test Prop and Dbol 2 weeks on 4 weeks off first cycle

Alright so here is my plan as of now but I am 100% up to change it about as I am no expert. I have been looking through alot of the posts of 2 week on 4 week off and want to give that a go. I am currently planning on doing 500mg/week of prop with 100mg every 36 hours rotating between the ventrogluteal injection site and shoulders (trying to stay away from thighs as most say it can be crippling). I also have dbol which i want to add in at 20mg ED as a starting point but am willing to up dosage for better results. I have nolva on hand for a pct but unsure if I should run it regardless or just if it seems shut down has happen? Then take 4 weeks off and hope back on (have supply for 2 cycles as of now). I am currently standing at 12% bodyfat and have read that AAS work better and have fewer sides at lower body fats would it be best if I hold off and cut down a bit?

Stats

Age 22

5’8” 180lb 12%BF

Bench 250lb

Squat 330lb

Deadlift 425lb

I have been working out for the past 5 years but only 3 of which have been towards getting bigger and in those 3 years I have gained 40 pounds

Goals

My goal is to gain 5lb of keepable gains each cycle hoping to end off at 185lb and 10% BF after the second cycle has been completed, with the eventual goal of being at my natural max with 8% body fat but I am not expecting that for a couple years. Most of my attention will be to gain mass in my legs and shoulders with a big focus on improving the 3 major lifts. I will also need to be able to stay athletic throughout the cycle which was another factor in choosing the 2 weekers so that i don’t put on a large amount of weight at a time.

Diet

300g P 350g C 100g F total 3600Calories

I have not calculated my entire meal plan as of yet so there is still tweaking to be done but this is what i have so far and if anyone wants to help out with this id appreciate it.

06:00 Greek yogurt and oats

08:00 Chicken breast and brown rice

10:00 protein shake and banana

12:30 spinach and chicken salad

15:00 quinoa salad (chicken or meatballs)

16:00 preworkout shake (C4 Touraine and BCAAs)

18:00 Mass shake Mutant mass (52g P 176g C 16g F)

20:00 the dinner usuals (Steak, Chicken, Turkey, fish) with steamed greens.

22:00 Casein protein shakes with milk

Supplements

5g taurine

C4 Preworkout

10g Glutamine

BCAAs

Protein shakes

Animal pak multi

I am curious about creatine wile on gear Ive seen mixed views depending on the compound but as of right now I’m planning not.


Any and all help with my cycle would be great, this will be my first cycle with AAS so I’m new and open to any vets advice. Also I don’t know how much Bill Robertson goes through these but id very much appreciate some input from the man himself. If I have left anything out please let me know and I’ll try and include it so I can get the best advice possible, cheers.
 
I just did a two weeker. Enjoyed it. Got 6-7 lbs I think I'll keep.

My suggestions?

Run prop 100mg/day for ten days
Do 20mg dbol 2x per day for 14 days

Start pct day 15. Pct with nolva for ten days. I hope that shit is from the pharmacy and not some research chem site

Edit: diet looks good and so do your lifts
 
I just did a prop/dbol two weeker as well. Ran prop at 100mg/day and dbol at 50mg ed. Front loaded the prop with 300mg day one. Ran the prop thru day 11 and dbol thru day 14. 10 days clomid after that. Gained 8lbs on cycle and kept 3... kept all my strength gains as well.
 
Do you think the front load helps out a bunch? Also after cycle was done did you continue to gain I've read on many articles that people will continue gaining through the pct aswell. Thanks hotdog for the suggestion, did you find the pip at all crippling pining ED?
 
I have only lost bloat in pct thus far. I do not think I will see much in the way of gains in pct but I know which articles you are referring.

Pip all depends on you and the brew. My prop was smooth like butter...Cocoa butter :)
 
Yeah, no gains in pct for me... Lost the water weight as well.

Not sure how much the front load helps as that was my first try at a two weeker... I am going to continue to front load going forward.
 
Did you guys take any AI? I think I'll skip the front load but go for 100mg prop ED day 1-10 then 40mg dbol day 1-14 with nolva starting day 15. Skipping the front load cause I only got 2000mg of prop and was hoping for that to last me for the next cycle also
 
I like the idea of these 2 weekers, although psychologically pretty hard as I feel around 2 weeks in is when you really feel on the gear and strength gains kick in.

Anyway my only heads up to you is you would be in for some fairly crippling pain at 100mg ED for 10 days. That is no joke to virgin muscle and virgin injection technique.

Also that is a helluva lot of prop for a first run at 700mg per week.

Also there is no way you can pin ED on just 4 sites. I use 4 sites for EOD pinning and it is barely enough.

If it was me Id consider running it like this:

Test Prop Day 1-11- 100mg ED
Dbol Day 1-14 - 40mg ED
Anavar Day 1-14 80mg ED

I just ran a short cycle with just the Var/Dbol combo and had some great gains. I believe with the T-prop added in their it would make it even better.

I just think youre going to run into problems trying 100mg prop ED on your first ever cycle.

I'll cosign your thoughts on the prop being rough... I had never ran prop or pinned ed before I ran my first two weeker at 100mg ed. Pip was brutal and ended up injecting into my pecs as I needed more spots... My right pec ended up swollen for almost two weeks. Ed prop shots are no joke!
 
I don't really wanna go through the hassle of getting var as it's quite expensive and also near impossible to tell if it's fake. I hear ya that 700mg/w is a bunch so i guess every 36 hours would be better. You have pecs in the pining rotation? Is the pip that bad that you really need 10 different spots to hit or did you stay away from certain areas? Anybody else who's done a 2 weeker find it hard to stop at the 2 week mark?

I had crippling pip after my first quad shot so I left those outta the rotation and replaced with pecs. Pecs, delts, and glutes. Had no problems quitting after two weeks as pinning ed was getting super old and I had a swollen pec!

Gonna try pinning eod with my tren run this time... see how that goes. If I get sides I'll go back to ed.
 
Any certain reason the pec over the ventrogluteal site? Also what pins are you guys using for prop I have 1" 25g to pin and 18g to draw, is there a relationship between needle size and pip?

Didn't feel good about locating the vg... Over the last few weeks I've read up on it and am gonna try it this time around.

Ah ya I hear you on that one I've got a bit schooling with anatomy and still Im a little wary on the first pin and I don't want to sink a full 1.5" so I'm gonna go with 1" hoping that's enough

Yeah I used 23g 1" last time..
Gonna try 25g this round.
 
1" for glutes? What % bf? And was talking to my bud and he said 3600 cals would be low when on the prop dbol combo I want to get max gains obviously but I don't want to stack on pounds of fat at the same time, is this a good mark for me or should it increase?

Yeah, 1" buried works for glutes for me at 16% bf. I don't count calories so I won't be much help there... I eat clean and do intermitent fasting.
 
Alright so first pin went in right ventrogluteal 2 days ago I did a 250mg front load and had almost no pip, just a little soreness nothing I can't deal with. Plan on doing 150mg EOD till day 11 so a total of 6 pins. Did the second pin 15 mins ago into left ventrogluteal. I'm doing this cycle with 20mg of dbol eachday aswell. Diet has been good so far, I was 178.6 pounds before first pin and sit at 181 exactly 2 days later. I attribute the weight gain to water weight from the dbol. Training so far has been day 1 legs increased volume by 20% which was too much as my calfs are so sore Im having trouble walking, day 2 shoulders same volume and weight as before cycle and workout went easy didn't feel tired at all, day 3 today I hit chest early this morning also same volume and weight as before cycle but may be having a bit of a placebo effect as it felt extreme easy. I say placebo effect because I very much doubt that the prop has kicked in that much already but I may be wrong. I'll keep this updated through this cycle and my next 6 weeks from now. Any questions feel free or any tips/pointers Id love to hear it. Cheers
