Height: 5'10"
Weight -182lbs
bf - 9%
Arms - 16"
Waist - 30"
Chest - 41.5"
Legs - 24.25"
Calves - 15"

Bench Press : 315 x 5 reps
Leg Press : 630 x 12 reps (haven't squatted in a while because of knee problems)
Straight Bar Curls : 90 x 8 reps

any other stats that people would like to know i'll just lift it when i go to the gym lol and let you know.

Cycle:
500mg Test E week 1-10
40mg Tbol ed day week 1-4 (32days)
100mg Mast eod week 7-12

PCT
Nolva 30-20-10-10
might throw in some clomid, not sure yet
 
been 6 days on the test and 3 days on the tbol....
weighed in at 185lbs (+3lbs) today, most likely because the amount of food i've been eating lately :) sure as hell beats cutting.
Libido is starting to ramp up and also stamina in the gym is up a lot, i find myself wanting to lift heavier and longer until i finally reach my breaking point and feel like I'm going to pass out...brought a banana to the gym and the sugar definitely helped with that though.

So far I'm loving it...but my legs are SOAR from the test E injections lol, I'm going to try the delt tomorrow so i can work my legs out on Friday because if they feel like this there's no way in hell I'd be able to.
 
nice man, you should feel that tbol in just a few days gotta love the feeling when you know your stuff is kickng in!
 
What about some HCG thru the cycle? At least post.

well first test cycle, I've ran an Tbol only cycle last year.
and i was debating HCG...i think i might end up doing it, just to make PCT easier

any idea on how to run it? is 250iu's 2x's a week okay?

and feeling the tbol...hell yeah, i LOVE it haha, my friend ran dbol and i ran tbol for 4 weeks and i got better results both strength and size. And now that i know i get no sides from it, i'm running it with test and like it even more
 
pinned in the delt yesterday.....and i must say it's about 100x's better, soarness the day after is much milder than the quad which I had done the last 2 times, i think i may stcik to the deltoid from now on, we'll see
 
Diet wise i have been eating between 3500 and 4000cals a day with 300grms of protein, 300grms of carbs (all whole grain, whole weat, rich in fiber kind of stuff) and all the good fats i can get (olive oil, avacado, fish oils)...My goals are lean mass and strength, more specifically i'd like to finish around 205-210 with a focus on my legs (their lacking) and my back
hopefully not put on too much bf% but i'm a pretty good dieter so it won't be a problem to get rid of when i decide i see it necessary.

every morning i have a protein shake with black coffee, then 30 minutes later i have 3 servings of oatmeal and 2 eggs with 4 eggwhites with spinach, onions and cheese

then i normally workout and have a protein shake with chocolate milk after

after that i normally have something like chicken and potatoes or rice and slmon or whole weat noodles with tuna...that kind of stuff

then for super it's normally one of the above ones that i didn't eat yet that day, like tuna or chicken or salmon (i try to stick to those 3 meats....they're my favorite)

before bed it's casein protein with yogurt or cottage cheese, something that will last in the system while i sleep

so i normally eat fast absorbing protein when i wake up and after i work out and slow digesting carbs and protein throught the day and before bed, try to time things pretty good.

I also drink BCAA and Glutamine during my workout and Superpump250 and Purple K prior to my workout
6 1200mg caps of fish oils a day
Joint formula every night
and i take 1 milk thistle every time i take 20mg of my Tbol

good to see that your eating is on point man.....too many guys are slackin in that dept. after reading all that i got hungry, FOOD TIME.

Yeah for real, people complain about lack of growth, lack of fat loss etc. Diet is key.
 
ya, if it weren't for all these forums i probably wouldn't have a clue on how to eat lol, started about 6 months ago researching what cycle to take and i end up getting all the diet information so i spent about 5 months perfecting when and what to eat before i started instead of just jumping on....

as far as the cycle goes so far...the tbol has deffinately began to kick in because my pump is getting UNREAL!, havn't had the back pumps yet, my muscles in genral are just starting to feel "full" and skin tearing hahaha
 
Thats great man....nice to see you put the work and research in as opposed to pulling a retard move like cycling with no knowledge. Sounds like the magic is about to happen!
 
problem, think it might be gyno? not sure what do you think?

ips not itchy or puffy, but i have noticed they've been somewhat soar, but only if i push decently hard lol


am i just being paranoid or think i should toss in some aromasin? at 12.5mg e3d?
or just pop a couple nolva and see if it goes away?

just picked up some letrozole (femera) and some HCG

gonna run the HCG
250 iu 2x's untill PCT

gonna take some letro e3d untill the end of my cycle...might hinder some gains, but w/e better safe then sorry

i might stop the femera when i start my masteron and see if that will keep the gyno at bay, if not i'll pop some more letro.

Bro if you can run adex instead I would. Letro dries the joints up pretty bad, I use it as a failsafe, not a primary.
 
thank you mayo i will keep that in mind but the i already go the letro because i was told it is the strongest and i am very sensitive to hormones, i've gotten gyno from PH before and i was about 98% sure i was going to get it on this cycle anyways, so i think i'm just gonna pop 2 letro a week untill i start my Mast prop, then stop the letro and if signs return i'll start the letro again.

as for the HCG...
does anyone think that my plan is okay? 250iu's 2x's a week? from now untill PCT?
 
gonna pin soon and hit the gym...chest day, pretty pumped

also measured my arms and they're 16.25" (+.25) not bad for day 7 and i'm up about 4lbs since i started.
popped a couple nolva n the pain has subsided a little bit, gonna start the letro 2morrow and run it every day after i pin so 2x's a week
 
just got back to the gym....unreal day

on bench put up 315 for 7 reps no spot needed...i was really happy...the scale also said 187, so +5lbs now
