testing for estrogen level

Does anyone have a lab test done to check his estrogen levels? The general consensus is to not worry unless puffy nipples develope, but estrogen levels could be way too high even if that doesn't happen. And then that leads to less muscle mass, less sex drive, etc. Lab tests can be ordered on line without goint to a doctor and are not very expensive compared to what's spent on a cycle. So, does anyone take this more scientific and accurate approach? Thanks.

Yes, but where did you come up with the idea that too much estrogen leads to less muscle mass? The opposite is true. You want above normal estrogen levels while on, but not high enough to drastically raise bp. In order to maintain high estrogen levels and avoid estrogenic sides at the breast (gyno), we use nolva. A low dose AI is used to modulate estrogen levels so as not to affect bp adversely
