Testing sterility of vials

I had read somewhere you can add a solution to a sterile vial for instance , and if something grew, it was not sterile

I want to test my sterilization process, to be sure it's effective.

Does anyone have a way to *at home* test glass for steillity after being capped

No, but I can't imagine it would be difficult to do. I would think holding a steady warm temp around 86 or 96 is going to be part of it.

Try looking up test for sterility as a science expirement. I'll look later when I am not busy.
