Did as much research as I could and this is what I came up with. Feel free to criticize me so that I am taking all the necessary precautions. I have been training for a solid 7-8years. 31 years old, eat fairly clean and still train 3-4 days a week. I have a history of high cholesterol through rough genetics. I am sitting at 160lbs offseason and my stage weight is 141lbs. This is how my pre labs look
Ldl 180mg/dl
Hdl 58mg/dl
Total test 608ng/dl
Free test 111.8pg/ml
Estrogen 150.3pg/ml
I plan to run test e at 500mg/week for 10 weeks, split on mon and Friday's.
I have Arimedex which I will take .5-1mg eod through out cycle depending how mid-cycle labs look and how sides feel.
I also plan to run hcg through out my cycle at 250iu 2x a week.
As for pct, I will start it 2-3 weeks after last pin and will do clomid and nolva.
Clomid at 100mg a day for two weeks and dose down to 50mg for another two weeks. Nolva for 40mg a day for two weeks and dose down to 20mg a day for another two weeks. Total 4week pct
3-4 weeks after I will do post labs to see how I recovered.
