Testosterone Propionate @ 200mg/mL

That's the goal.

I'm just about done now as I'm typing. Waiting on my glass vials to autoclave.. didn't time things very well.

It seems to be holding well- totally clear with no precipitate and went into solution without even having to turn on the stir bar. How much bearing that has on the level of discomfort it will cause a few days after being pinned may be debatable haha.

Method-

Made solution of:
50/50 GSO/EO (GSO pre-filtered through 0.45um filter)
20% BB
1% BA

Heat solution to 50C for 5 minutes, stir on low

Add 5g testosterone propionate to solution
Heat solution to 65C for 5 minutes, stir on medium

Add 5g testosterone propionate to solution 3 more times, spaced 5 minutes apart, until 20g total in solution

Let solution cool to 35C

Vaccuum filter through 0.22um Polyethersulfone (PES) filter + 1um pre-filter

Anyone have any variations on the recipe I used to get this concentration that wasn't crippling?

I used EO to keep it from crystallizing and crashing in the muscle before it gets absorbed. If it weren't prop I'd be on board without it.

When you put it in the autoclave machine is the stopper already putted and sealed? I think the dry cycle will not cause the vial to break...but don't want to risk it.

Nope no stoppers/tops, never thought of that but yeah I can see how that might happen.

I just buy bulk empty vials, stoppers and crimp tops, and then I've got a crimper to seal them myself.

Crimpers are stupid expensive but it's a good investment if you brew enough. Plus it baffles your buddies trying to figure out how you got the gear into a sealed/crimped vial if they've never seen it done lol.

However, I just wanted to learn the right manufacturing process how pharma companies makes the injections, and from one of the books that I read says they put the filtered oils in the vial and put the cap and autoclave it again, but doesn't mention about it's being sealed with crimpers.
They use 10LB pressure, 105 C for 20min, which the autoclave machine I use can also do this cycle...guess if I don't get a answer from someone, I think I will just try it by myself...covering the vial with some protection to make a easy cleaning if the vial breaks out.

I think with the EO it will still be painful. you can dilute it with other gear.

I concur. Most likely painful. If so, consider 100% EO or even higher BB.

Ideally just reduce the strength.

I would never push my home brew test prop to 200 mg/ml strength. 100 mg/ml is fine with me.

Y would you want to even invite the pain from that.
Their are a couple guys that make it.
And it still stings hurts whatever you wanna call it.
Do 2 cc of the 100.

Sucks when people start these and don't follow up. I've done a 200 in EO. It was vicious. I've read this recipe half a dozen places. Rather than start a new thread I'll bump this 1. Any input besides, JUST USE 100, or WHY WOULD YOU NEED THAT, Lol. I just do. Anyways it was almost bearable in EO. I couldn't sit on whichever cheek 2nd day but. Lol. Anyways hoping the G smoothes it out. Wasn't gonna use it but I've been taking TNE with it for a while now. Stinks. Like turn outs after a brush fire. Maybe meth? Lol

I think without gu it’s impossible to have no pip
