Thanks for the welcome, yeah I'm pretty massive my body fat could be lower I've always been huge I think a football and fighting(boxing)background all my life helped I don't ever lose much size even dieting. Could someone tell me how to post a pic I'll throw a few up, all my love and respect thanks again.

Lol ya I'm not the most computer or phone eliterate person in the world at all bro. I do however know how to turn them on by using the power button lol but that's about it The only reason I know how to navigate MESO is.....well this is my second home brotha.
