I use an AI when symptoms dictate I should. As a matter of fact, I was feeling symptoms the day I had blood drawn and ended up popping 12.5mg of asin that night.

So why did you get capped Test instead of uncapped?

Honestly, because it was a lot cheaper when I looked. I was trying to get the CBC and liver tests done as well. In order to get the the uncapped results along with all the other tests, it appeared to be much more.

I get really tired and lethargic feeling before anything. That usually lets me know.
