I have been reading on meso for a long time now. I finally got a user name earlier this year so I could post. I have noticed a lot of the same questions that is asked over and over again. I know that one way to learn is to ask questions and asks lots of them. However, I feel that people just jump into asking questions right off the bat without doing any research of their own.
This is what I find works best for me about learning about a new topic. I go to the search part of the meso forum and type in what I am looking for. I read all the posts about that certain topic. I take from what I read and try to come up with what I think the best solution is for me. Just because someone says something on here does not mean it will work for you. There is only one obvious in the training world; you have to let your body tell you what to do.
With all that being said, if you are a new to working out and this crazy little world people call bodybuilding, read, read, read, and experiment. Write down what you learn and implement a plan of action. Write down your results. keep track of your every move. I made my most impressive gains when I kept up with what I was doing. Have your plan ready and your mind ready before your foot steps into the gym and your hands wrap around that bar. (NOT A SMITHMACHINE BAR) And always remeber, Rome wasn't built in a day so you will have to let time, your own reserach, experimentation, and your body tell you what to do. Don't just read something and do it because some big guy says it works. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
Good luck to all and have an intense workout!
