While I'm no shill for the brand, I've been very surprised at how effective the Apple Watch's health monitoring has been at motivating me.

I didn't get it for this purpose. I didn't even do more than enable the health app and enter my basic stats.

Clearly Apple has a team of psychologists with expertise in motivation. I am fed a steady stream, but not too much, of information regarding my health and habits, like length and quality of sleep, amount of movement, pace of walking, etc etc, without ever asking for it.

More importantly as it gathers data over a longer period it points out trends, without me doing anything, like my resting. heart rate declining over a certain period, or my sleep quality improving.

It prompts small changes, in a friendly way, like standing for a moment after sitting for an extended period.

It gives you awards for notable achievements in fitness metrics, like doubling the distance walked in a given month, or hitting a new high in altitude reached on a hike.

It's all effortless, motivating, and done in a way that brings a little unexpected happiness into your day.

If you want you can dive deeply into the data, getting a really detailed picture of your activity and some health markers that can be really useful to see long term trends that you could've easily missed.

It's effortless and nudges you to continuously improve. Like a friend noticing things you missed and bringing them to your attention.

I highly recommend it.

Ask Tracy, especially when on tren.

This is useful advice.

QSC, which is here in Steroid Underground is a Chinese seller.

You can post a question in Chinese to QSC there and you will get an answer.

As I have just seen another post by him mentioning the same thing, I am not sure he means this, by "technology".
I don't have this, but I am glad it works so good for you.
I just want a hrm when I do cardio. Simple.

I feel the same about Garmin.
I use it while working out to keep my heart rate in Zone 2.
Depending on my goal i will shorten or extend rest between sets.
It's really been a great tool for me that has helped transform my physique & continues to do so.
I strongly recommend whatever flavor smartwatch you like.

I do love my Apple Watch.

I track all sorts of aspects about my health including fitness. Super stoked for the Apple Watch X that is suppose to have a Blood Pressure monitor.

Currently I can see things like:

1. Calories burned in excess of basal rate
2. Heart rate, at all times. But during HIIT I can see it consistently real time, with the 5 zones and which zone I’m in, how much time I’ve spent in that zone.
3. ECG
4. Sleep, tracks stages of sleep and time.
5. Blood Oxygen
6. Number of steps I’ve taken in a day.

Those are the main things off the top of my head I check regularly. I love that thing.
