The meat and potatoes...

Afternoon mates, I do apologize for lurking around for so many months. I've enjoyed absorbing the information put forward and personalities as a wallflower; allow me to remedy the situation and come out of the shadows...

I've only recently emigrated from the States to Canada- apparently I have a thing for frigid weather and Canadian pussy. My experience with AAS is limited but the wealth of knowledge contained within the resource that is Meso has been of great assistance.

As chance would have it: I was recipient of a ridiculous, early onset of low-T at the end of my 20s; I've been on TRT for three years. I am 32. Currently, I am holding at 80kgs. I was on holiday for a month with a girlfriend and indulged in quite a lot of the fare Europe had to offer so my body fat percentage has been a bit embarrassing- but deservedly so! Last time I measured--Sunday--it dropped to 14% and mirror checks show this trend to be continuing.

My cycling history includes two runs of test E @ 600mg per week for 20 weeks.

While I have never competed or had the desire to do so, I have been lifting since I was 17 at the start of university and have continued ever since. Well, minus two years recovering after some drunkard smashed into me on the expressway- that's a story for another time. Injuries notwithstanding- I am happy to still be a part of the world of lifting.

Cheers!

Welcome. Are you looking to add another compound for your 3rd run? Hopefully you can gain and keep 5kg of muscle.
