The New Year Resolution Thread - What are your goals for 2017

Happy New Year Mesolites,

I trust you all chugged down several proteinshakes with champagne flavor last night in celebration of the new year. I had a wild one involving curry, kreatine and planning out my 5*5 MadCow marathon for the coming three months.

So what are your goals and cycles for this year guys?

Training/Diet wise, mine are
  • Cut at least 22 pounds of that flabby stuff leaving me with one 85kg/190lbs shredded building block by end of March
  • April through to July its all about adding poundage to the magical 3. A 1150 total at least, broken down into B:140kg/300lbs , S: 180kg/400 and D: 200kg/440lbs
  • Excess fat and diet have always been my problem. If I can hit a clear six pack in 3 months and stay that way all year, I'd be happy schnappy. For me, I think that means single-digit BF.
  • Eat healthy, eat a lot, no candy, no alcohol, no cigarettes, the occasional coke binge but hey ho, gotta live too right lol

Drug-wise
  • On 4 IU growth now, and sibutramine
  • Will add DNP in March to reach my end March cutting objective
  • April, its Low Test / High Tren / Mid Mast with Growth as the trimming, and T-Bol to kickstart and finish.
  • Cheque Drops every now and then. May experiment with tren base.
  • Does MT2 count? Started that last night
  • I will probably add a winter cycle to my regime, and High Primo / Low Test is on the bucket list for Nov/Dec
How about you, what's in the cards for 2017?

Well, I didn't quite hit my goal for last year...I went from a skinny 152 from lack of working out and being on vyvanse to 190 and 12% bf. Strength has gone through the roof, but I wanted to hit 200. So, for next year...

1. Hit 215lbs and 10%bf

That's it...dont have it all planned out how I'm gonna get there, but I'm sure it will involve a lot of test, Tren, and superdrol :-D

Going to drop about 10 lbs first and see how I look. I'm sitting 205 now.

Lifts I'd like to see a 3 plate bench, 4 plate front squat, maybe a 6 plate deadlift as I'm not far from 5 now.

Should be able to get these pretty easy, maybe more of a 6 month plan than year end.

Cycles? Dunno. Thinking of trying npp with test, but maybe just test only. That's up in the air.
 
Last year I bought a house! This year will be all body goals.

at 222 17% bf

Plan on dropping 12lbs of fat and then starting my first cycle. A basic 12 weeks Test E with tbol kickstarter. I am a easy gainer so I believe a modest 250 cal surplus I will be able to end at 230 ish in the low teen body fat post cycle.
 
Start living the way I want to live and break away from things that control most of us. I'd like to ditch my phone and get a prepaid phone strictly for emergencies / limited use, sell one of our cars and get rid of the payment each month, do more camping and motocross trips with my son, become closer to God
 
Well life goals i hope to finally work up the nerve to get out of my comfort zone and find a better job where i can make some more money, and also finally get my drivers license all legal and shit.

As far as in the gym i wanna drop another 30lbs and get down to 220 so i can stop cutting and start focusing 100% on strength.

Hopefully put a decent amount of weight on my big 3
 
run couple of marathon this 2017-while on Tren. Had no issue with half marathon wanna give the full a try :)

Spend more time at home with the kids (kids growing and will be leaving to college soon) and pay more attention to the wifey.. past couple of years has always been about me.. now, it's her turn.. :)
 
My goals for this year are to stop going back to the same girl over and over and over, to lose a few more pounds before I start my next cycle in Feb and to hopefully leave my job behind and find a new one and to add a little more muscle to my frame. To live life and be happy, spend lots of time with my kids, family, my dog and friends.
 
#1. Save more money, last year I saved/invested 20% of my paycheck, this year it will be 25%.
#2. Quit drinking, 9 days sober so far and feeling like a new man.
#3. Get ripped, could give a shit about fake body fat % numbers, my goal is to look ripped, sitting at 243lbs now, I will be 210lbs by early summer.
#4. Spend more time on my hobbies.
