The not so new new guy

Hey meso,
I've been lurking in the Google Shadows for a long time reading bits and pieces of threads on here for a long long time and decided to become part of the community.

I'm 28
5'9 190 lbs
Body fat 9% last taken on an inbody machine

I started working out seriously my freshman year of high school for football but, when I left for the marine corps when I was 19 I lost all of my hard earned work.
After getting out at 25 I was a shitty 165 skinny fat ass. I got back to my grind in the gym and am now at 190 solid after 2 small aas cycles.

I hope to learn alot here on meso and am happy to be part of the community. I respect aas and I want to learn all I can so I know I'm doing this safely and get the best results I can out of its use.

Thanks

P.S- sorry for the shitty grammar

Welcome.

No disrespect as I'm not familiar with military service, but how could you leave skinny fat? At what point did you stop doing any kinda workout?

You would think I'd be Lean and mean leaving the military but I ate like shit and I hardly ever went to the gym. I relyed on morning pt with the company to keep me in shape.....bad idea. Mainly I was just a lazy bastard. Don't get me wrong on was far from fat, I was just very skinny with a pudgy midsection.

Yeah 165 isn't fat unless you're 5' 2".
