What I'm running:

Weeks 1-4 OR 1-6: Msten at 20-30mg ED, DMZ at 30-45mg ED

Weeks 1-17: Test-E at 250-300 EW

Weeks 1-15 OR 1-17: EQ started at 600mg EW for weeks 1-4, then bumped up to 900mg EW for weeks 5-11, then 1,200mg EW for weeks 12-17

Weeks 1-12: Tren-E started at 400mg EW for weeks 1-4, then bumped up to 600mg EW for weeks 5-12.

Weeks 1-15 OR 1-17: Deca at either 125mg / 150mg / 250mg or 300mg (for joints) EW

Weeks 10-17: Anavar at 100mg ED

Weeks 12-17: **Mast prop at 300-400mg EW**

Any other inputs, was thinking HGH; but I'm going to hold off on that for now. I will possibly add peptides later down the road but I think this cycle should be sufficient, yes no? Opinions?

I feel that I am pretty flexible with my doses due to my stock. I also have 40ml Mast-P 100 on my next order.

My current split: Dorian Style (2 warms up and then a couple sets of heavy weights); Dugdale also does this type of training. From my studies you make your muscle gains on your first couple sets according to exercise physiology.

Monday - Legs, Abs, Claves, Lower back / Glutes.

Tuesday - Chest, Forearms, Light Triceps (two exercises three sets each of triceps following chest to push blood into the pumped muscle).

Wednesday - OFF.

Thursday - Biceps, Triceps, Calves, Abs.

Friday - Upper back, Forearms, Light Biceps (two exercises three sets each of biceps following back to push blood into the pumped muscle).

Saturday - Shoulders, Traps, Calves, Abs.

Sunday - OFF

Reason I added 6 sets of light triceps after chest day and 6 sets of light biceps after back is because my arms are lack (Biceps in particular), so I made a motive to add in a few sets after back day in order to get them a little more simulation. Any suggestions to my split is perfectly fine. I love having an arm day and 5 day split is best for me, even with gear I can't do 6 days a week I tried and my body shut down.



Workout From 6/27/2014:

Day: Back Day with light biceps

#1: T-Bar row (plate loaded): 2 plate x 15, 3 plate x 15, 3 plate x 15, 3 plate and 25 x 12, 4 plate x 12, 2 plate x 20

#2: Cable pull down normal grip semi wide: 140 x 12, 140 x 15, 160 x 12, 120 x 20

#3: Lat Pull Kneeling Pull over: 160 x 15, 160 x 15, 170 x 12, 180 x 12, 130 x 20

#4: Dual Single Hand Middle Back Leaning Back Squeeze: 140 x 15, 140 x 15, 150 x 15

#5: Cable Row Triangle Bar: 140 x 12, 160 x 12, 170 x 12, 120 x 20

#6: Pre-Loaded weight bar underhand grip rows to waist bent over: 110 x 15, 110 x 15 (heaviest pre-loaded bar they had)

Light biceps:

#1: 21's on bicep curl machine: 70 x 21, 70 x 21, 70 x 21

#2: Sets of 30 reps - 15 each arm hammer DB curls: 35 x 30, 35 x 30, 35 x 30

Goals - basically a lean and full look, not super grainy but a look that would probably been 8 weeks or so out of a show look. I want to do a show next summer and want to start having a lot more leaner off-season to me.

I started my cruise on May 5th which has consisted of test-e at 250mg every week. I start my next blast on July 14th, I'm looking forward to this next run. I have human grade cabergoline on hand and will use from the get go, I don't want to have to use prami if issues arise I'd rather prevent it before it even starts.

Ya I'm getting too old for this sh*t! Had to do baby doses!

I got in some support goodies, got a good sale at Swanson Vitamins that I couldn't pass up. Got some celery seed extract, grapeseed extract, hawthorne berry, Pantothenic Acid, policosanol and one bottle TUDCA.

Planned supports for the Msten & DMZ stack: Damage Control / Celery Seed / Grapeseed / HB / PA / Policosanol and Tudca. These extra vitamins were extremely cheap and are good additions to damage control.

Will start Cabergoline on Monday and Thursday at .5mg each day at breakfast, if have to will go up to 3 caps on M / W / F. Will have aromasin at 12.5mg ED to start and adjust from there.
 
Cornhusker? Wife has family in Pilger or had family in Pilger, they lived only one broken leg and one concussion.
 
Looks great! I did a huge cycle like that once (I'm a 3 stack kind of guy usually), except tren A instead of tren e and I had test p in it, too. the downside was some days I had to do two shots. The upside was you look great quick. Lean mean and vascular. Enjoy!
 
Cycle starts July 21st!! Extended my cruise a bit to ensure bloods are good, will be donating blood prior to my cycle starting to bring RBC down along with RDW count down.
