Theoretic ? about Lipostabil and Gyno

I've been contemplating getting gyno removed that I have had for years now. I recently went to my consultation and talked in length with the surgeon. He basically said that on my left nipple it would require an incision to remove the build up, however on my right pec he said liposuction would be sufficient due to less build up. I have tried every measure with the exception of RU486. My question would be though if Liposuction will take care of my small build up wouldn't injecting Lipostabil into the fatty build up attack the tissue causing it to all but dissappear? It is a question in theory and I can't find ANY research to back up my idea, however I'd like the opinion of those more knowlegable with lipostabil. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Not necessarily....what your doc is referring to as liposuction isn't exactly that in this case, unless he really does intend to leave the fibrous tissue behind and just remove mammary fat. Likely, he intends to remove the fibrous mass as well as some mammary fat. I've thought about this some too......mammary fat pads are likely a very important source of the local estrogen environment that leads to most gyno. So, reducing the mammary fat should have an impact on the local estrogenic environment, but this is preventative. Gyno itself is ductal and alveolar growth, not growth of mammary fat, so what the lump is is just (likely) fibrous ductal tissue at this point. If it's not yet fibrous, which I assume is not the case, since you've tried nolva w/ no success, then you'd need to remove it.
Maybe Demeur will log on and give some insight.

Damn, thanks Einstein, gotta say every time I've searched through posts about anti-E's you have the most informative advice and posts. We need more guys to give good educated opinions such as yourself.

Einy said it all, it isn't fat, so lipo won't work.

On the surgery, ask your doc if he can remove all tissue, maybe you can get it done once and for all, now?

Lipostabil will only "dissolve" fat and cannot tackle any tissue build up unless associated with fat being permantely held in that tissue, i.e. Lipostabil will "dissolve" the fat but leave the fibre, at the clinic where I'm located at the moment they have treated many middle aged men who have "developed" age related breasts, none of whom according to the data base had ever used aas. In every case after multiple injections, the breasts were "dissolved" to a very acceptable level, they obviously had their abdomens treated at the same time, there were no residual stretch mark problems after "dissolving" the fat.

As has been said many times, in the lab Lipostabil can be seen to "dissolve" fat but leave the cell itself intact, the actual mechanism by which this works hasn't been fully proven, but from my own observations it would appear to be some form of biological chemical reaction that would to a certain extent already be going on in your body when you are in your maximum hgh production years. The swelling associated with using Lipostabil at the right levels goes as soon as the reaction has completely finished an the process exhausted.

For the relatively small amount of money involved, and the lack of invasive surgerey needed, imo it would be well worth trying before opting for any expensive surgery. As I have reported in other threads I've used it very successfully on my neck where 2 expensive liposuction ops had failed previously
