Okay, I guess I will wrap this up. This might be long so here it goes.....
Bodyweight ended at 202lbs. I have definitely gotten stronger during this run and like
@Perrin Aybara has suggested and stated, if I wasn’t doing AMRAP sets every week I definitely would have seen my 1 rep max lifts jump higher than what they were during the run. I also wanted to build some size and the AMRAP sets were a great way to take advantage of hypertrophy goals. I added 5lbs both to my squat and bench(505lbs and 365lbs). I added nothing really in terms of 1RM’a to my deads and press but I definitely had a few rep PR’s. My calories tapered up from 2980 to 4120 and like I stated previously I would have been much happier if I didn’t indulge too much during the holiday eating and drinking. Essentially my starting weight and body composition would have been much better, ultimately leading to a much better outcome appearance wise.
Pros:
I generally felt good. I had a very good sense of well-being throughout the majority of the run. People have stated that they have felt depressed during a deca run. I have felt none of that the entire time. I just generally felt good. Strength definitely increased and I put on some size, even though it wasn’t as much as I thought I would or hoped for. My joints felt pretty good the entire time except for the occasional tweak to my lower back. Recovery seemed very good as well, even when pushing through the heavier weeks at the end and without any deloads too.
Cons:
I felt bloated during the second half of my run pretty much all the time. Don’t know if it was the food, the MK, or the deca. Most likely a combination of it all. My hands felt swollen all the time. My libido was higher than normal but the ability to maintain an erection was a problem. There was one night where I popped a viagra and went for about two to three hours and couldn’t bust. Kind of reminded me of tren. Speaking of tren, I had night sweats pretty bad. Not as bad as tren runs but bad enough to have that disgusting feeling of waking up and having to piss all sweaty and shit and then come back to cold, sweat drenched sheets. It was pretty fucking annoying. The gyno and nipple sensitivity issue was very hard to get a control on it seemed. In fact, I believe the small lump on my right nipple increased a little from where it originally started out(Surgery will most likely happen some time in the future. I am not sure when, though. It could be in 2 years or it could be in 5. I’m not exactly sure.). At the height of my AI and ancillary dosing I was at .5mgs of arimidex EOD and 20mgs of nolva on the opposite days EOD. Keep in mind that I need .5mgs of arimidex twice a week for my normal TRT does of 150mgs weekly just to keep my estro in check(~29). I would also like to mention some hair shedding as well. However, my hair was shedding pretty bad before I even started this run. I can’t blame it on the run but I do feel like I have to mention it nonetheless.
Overall, I guess I feel so, so about the run. Not exactly what I was expecting and let down from other aspects of it. Don’t know if I would ever run deca again or just stick to the shorter ester NPP from now on. Definitely not my favorite cycle and it definitely would not be my first choice to run again in the future. Maybe a low dose add on for some joint relief properties? I don’t know.
So this past Monday I only had enough deca in the vial for .3 ml which turned out to be 75mgs of deca. I paired it with 150mgs of test and 120mgs of mast. Today(Wednesday) I just injected the test and mast at the same doses and will do the same on Friday. I will then do the same dosing for the test and mast next week except it will only be on Monday and Thursday. And then finally the following week I will be back to my TRT dose of 150mgs of test once a week without anything else except my arimidex and hcg dosing.

These were photos taken today after a chest/back superset workout and are the last photos I will be posting. These are pretty much the end results of the run. Not the best I have ever looked, by a long shot, but not the worst either. I do have a long way to go before I reach strength or body composition goals. I have always generally cared more about the first rather than the latter but I also don’t want to look like an absolute slob either.
