This HGH injectible needs a pen?

As it in all likely hood needs a pen are they all the same or any recommendations? Only Eli Lilly pens for this cartridge?

Im assuming I need a humatroPEN. I thought the syringe thing on the right of the photo was the pen but it doesn't look like a humatroPEN. Or maybe it is without the green fancy pen casing? Any info appreciated.

Honestly you buy a pricy and highly effective drug like this and have even no idea how to use it? But hey it´s your thing who am I to judge .
The included pen ist just to dissolute the gh to a solution.
When done you can either use a Pen or a normal insulin syringe.
At the opposite side of the plumber you can pin in the syringe and just pull out the amount you need.
