This is me...need to learn/wanna learn.

I have always lifted. Varsity wrestling. Varsity Football. Some track. Lots of swimming and surfing. Have always had to use my body and work very hard for my jobs. Almost retired. 50-years-old. Have new baby. Am pretty dang buff. Had bilateral hernia surg today. Now out for 6-8 weeks.

Late last year primary Dr. diagnosed low-t, and my wife and I have been injecting it. I LOVE the results. I am 199, but now have ripped shoulders and lats again. No pot belly but no four pack either. But the injectable rx T is amazing. My main fitness thing right now is Bikram Yoga, stairmaster, and weights. I eat well but sleep poorly.

I know nothing about the things here. I don't know what I need. My doctor is square and won't go past the T. Even if I did know what to do I don't know what to do.

I want to be 180-199 and look amazing. I do not want to compete. I just like the way I look but now I REALLY want to have a prototypical, fitness-magazine-cover-photo. I think I can do it. I have tons of equipment. I have a gym membership. And I am a Bikram yoga freak, and b/c I am a bowhunter, have deer meat to eat almost everyday. My resting heart rate and all other general health indicators are great.

What can I do? Where to begin?

and can you enlighten me on what brikham yoga is? I think I've heard of it but I am not quite sure what it really is.
 
Research your first cycle. Likely test only. Get some AI on hand. Get a good supply of pins and alcohol wipes. Give it a whirl for 10-14 weeks. Youll love the results!
 
Bikram yoga is listed and billed as yoga for beginners and it is. However Bikram is for athletes. Classes are 90m. Start easy and then get very hard. Conducted in 105 degree room. Sweat pours from head as soon as one enters room. Easy way for me to get buff w/o popping discs. All of my lumbar discs are popped. But I can still lift and am going to be lifting more and more. Tons of bodybuilders in Bikram. Bikram expensive. Pretty girls in their underwear at Bikram. Just remember VERY tough even though beginners yoga. Inventor of Bikram yoga BODYBUILDER WITH WEIGHTS FIRST.
 
I can only estimate. 5'10, 199. Skinny looking. Couple years back body-building woman told me I looked like I was missing meals. Don't know if she was trying to factual or trying to insult. She's no doubt bigger than me but I'd day I'm right around 16-17 body-fat b/c have good lats and shoulders but only two pack of abs. Bird legs. Powerful arms but skinny arms. Are these stats?
 
First time to use steroids. The 10 weeks or so your on Testosterone or other AAS compounds is called a cycle. For beginners people tend to recommend testosterone only at around 500mg a week.

This very confusing to me. I'm buff. But I just want to get a little bit more lean and muscular, and have better arms, better legs, better pec's, and at least a 4-6 pack in the guts. I feel like I'm almost there now. I've been enjoying a lawful testos rx. Now I'm finding online there's so much to know about all of it. I considered it a MAJOR victory to give myself the shot. What do I have to do? What else is needed? Thanks boiler.

One thing I saw said I need a 5-6 IU shot everyday but never said for how long? I taking a VERY SMALL shot of test every 28 days. Very confused.

First off your Dr. sucks if you only get one shot every 28 days. The least I would pin the testosterone is once a week. As for the HGH leave it alone and just stick with your TRT. If your not wanting to cycle that is awesome and you should be able to reach your goals without cycling. You really need to get your TRT dialed in and start pinning it at least once a week. Workout as hard as you can and eat healthy and you will see great results just from having your testosterone levels back into the normal range.

I would not recommend using steroids.
Better natural swing path. Eat more meat and all products where a lot of protein
