This is weird

Running 750mg Test E per week only.

Bloods

1000003541.webp

Total Test unfortunately is capped, even though I asked it to be uncapped.

Any reasons why my Free Test is so low?

Should I bring it up and how?

I'd ask for a re-test. They already messed up by capping your TT and that FT can't be right.
You seem to be responding to 750/wk as expected in the other areas. (You probably need to dial that E2 down. Are you on AI?)

Eg. At 600/wk my TT=3275, FT=1242.2 & E2=89 w/2mg/wk Adex.

**Not sure if my test results are comparable (apples to apples) since my labs given reference range for FT is so different. 35.0-155.0 pg/mL

How long have you been at 750? Did you get baseline labs before you started your cycle? It’s interesting that your total test and E2 are so high but your SHBG is so low. Are you taking any orals? When you got those labs did you get any other panels? If so did anything else stand out? Is that E2 lab sensitive/ultra-sensitive?

Yeah, I know. It's shockingly low.

To be honest, I am crusing at 750mg.

My plan was to reach 2gr of Test per week. Slowly building it up. Never done it before. So it was an experiment.
With that low of SHGB you should have plenty of free test. Try lowering your estrogen would be my first advice. You're typically going to need an AI using that much Test.

No, I don't use AI. I will try to lower it with some masteron.

I do also think it's a lab mistake. They used the ELISA method. I did some research and they say is one of the cheapest and less accurate ways to measure Free Testosterone, especially at high bodybuilding testosterone levels .

FT should be measured with Equilibrium Dialysis or LC-MS/MS.

Which lab technique did they use for you?
