Hello everyone. I've been working out for about 4 years now. First year was mostly getting motivated and learning basics. Since then I went from about 135 and now I'm at around 168. Oh, I'm 6ft and 32. Eating is probably the hardest thing to do. I don't do any cardio. My metabolism is fast enough as it is. I typically eat until full and then throw in a weight gainer shake after to shove some extra calories in.
I workout around 5 to 6 days a week. Typical routine is:
Day 1 - Shoulders - 3 or 4 exercises, 3 sets of 4-6 reps
Day 2 - Bis and Tris - 3 exercises of 3 sets of 4-reps for each muscle group. Throw in a superset and drop set.
Day 3 - Legs (Hams, glutes, calves) - 3 exercises 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Day 4 - Back - 4 exercises of 3 sets of 4-6 reps and throw in a drop set
Day 5 - Chest - 4 exercises of 3 sets of 4-6 reps
Day 6 - Legs - 4 exercises of 4 sets 4-6 reps
Day 7 - Rest
I throw in about 3 days of abs 2 exercises alternating between weighed and not.
I did a small cycle this summer of I think Anadrol...something for beginners. One of the vials was contaminated which I quickly discovered so ended up just using the one vial. Body did ok otherwise.
In November I started a cycle of Sustanon and Dianabol. I could not handle the Dianabol. I didn't want to eat and just wanted to sleep all day. I quit that after about a week and a half. I ended up stopping the Sustanon after 4 weeks. I felt feverish almost every night. Both vials gave the same side effects. In the rear wasn't as bad, but in the arm was insanely rough on my body. This cycle was purchased from a reputable online site. I was able to only gain 4lbs during this period.
I'm worried my body can't handle the medium stuff or something else is going on. I want to keep pushing but not sure how. Oh, and my shots are given by a licensed person with completely sterile equipment.
