Sorry man I posted that in another area.. Please look over me until I figure the site out.. Like I said long time reader but never posted or been member.. I'm 42 , 6.2 , 235 lbs. I have been on trt for 2 years now. I have a gym in my house and I try to workout 4 to 5 days a week.. Just recently I have change my routine a lot from doing mostly lifting with little cardio too doing more cardio in hopes of losing some weight while trying maintain my muscle/strength.. I love this site and I hope to gain knowledge to help with goals
