Those of you on prescribed TRT…..

Isnt the issue with these online TRT docs that they force you to use their pharmacy that up charges you 5x for test? Do any of the TRT clinics write you a script you can fill at a local pharmacy?

Or I guess you could get the script, never order through them, and just travel with the script and UGL test?
My understanding is they can’t send a written script over state lines. If you live in the same state they can give you script to take to a pharmacy. Any other product that not AAS such as Arimidex for example, they will email you a script. There’s a $30 fee to do that.

If you go that route save the box the test comes in as that’s where the script is written and place you ugl vial in it.

I have to go the clinic route because that’s the only way my wife accepts me doing cycles. If there’s a doctor somewhere in the mix, then she’s ok with it.

I pay $56 for three months (1ml vials x12) of test cyp. My internal medicine PCP prescribes it and I pick it up at walgreens. However, I am in Germany for work and just order Driada which has been way better than the pharma stuff.

Everyone is so afraid of just taking a break. 1-2 weeks without test isn't going to be even noticed. Just do a shot of 150mg before you head out for you 1-2 wk vacation. Start back once you're home...done.

Any chance the offer TRT+? Seeing some clinics still offering Nandrolone Deconate and Oxyandrolone. Without much problems getting a legit script (at highway robbery prices though.)
Most still offer but can't do both Anavar and Deca at the same time. Deca much more wallet friendly than pharma Anavar. If you can source ugl Anavar pennies on the dollar and just as potent.

Yes they offer both. All you have to do is tell them you’d like to try it

On this note....whats the consensus on low dose Nadrolone Decoanate? Sorry to hijack the thread. Recently prescribed 100 mg per week ontop of 50 mg Test Cypionate e/o day. Reading about sides (mental and sexual) has me a bit nervous. However, the joint releif is something I can REALLY use at the moment (shoulder along with bicep tendonitis and ulnar tendonitis.)

I figured going through a primary would be a bitch, I also figured even if prescribed they’d tell me I need 75mg a week or something lol

When going through online clinics, do you happen to know if I’ll need to “crash” my test levels for the bloodwork before they’d give me a script? Because the ones local to me will pretty much write you a script as long as you pay them from my understanding lol
I used to use Defy Medical to get my prescription. It was relatively inexpensive and you don't have to pay per month. Just pay for your initial labs, consult, and bottle of test and then you have your prescription on file and you only fill it when and if you want to. You do a follow-up every 6 months. Just pick up a bottle from them every few months or so. They will usually prescribe you 200 mg per week right off the bat.

After 6-8 months or so of doing that, schedule an appointment with your doctor and at least ask him if he is able to prescribe TRT to you. If he able to, just get your records over to him and you'll probably get the same dosage without much questioning. That's been my experience anyway.

I have been lucky enough to have a PCM that believes in alleviating symptoms and not just looking at your numbers, so he'll go up to 250 mg per week on test. He also prescribes my HCG. He is the shit. He got my testosterone and HCG completely covered by insurance so all I have to do is pay a 10 dollar copay on the testosterone and the Pregnyl (Brand Name HCG). I get 10 ML of test every 45 days and a 10,000 IU bottle of Pregnyl every 30 days.

Went to reproductive/ men’s health urologist to attempt hpta restart. Once I recovered and got wife far along pregnancy wise I went back on TRT. I stayed off 8 months total after just about 8-9 years on.

Did every blood test and ran my clomid and HCG as the Dr. wanted. Was only high 400”s total test after months and months on HCG. Once I got the ok to get back on TRT I stayed on with his practice. I get bloods done 3-4 times a year and do an annual office visit.Has me on 150mg/week. I sprinkle in a tad more as I had a plethora of UGL test before coming off.

So with insurance it’s very affordable here in the us. Urology consult is $30co pay- bloods free- 4 vials of 200mg(1ml vial) per month $10.82!

Going thru PCP has its hoops to jump thru but if done correctly will yield the best outcome health wise IMHO. Your PCP and specialist know you’re on test and will constantly check for health parameters and markers to keep you safe. Nothing against telemedicine or clinics becasue there are absolutely some solid providers out there who want you to feel good not just base your dose on lab values. There are also some absolute shams out there who will Rx you anything for 200-700 a month!

I just dropped the clinic I was using just to damn expensive. $200 a month for 200mg of test, 10 .5mg adex, and HCG.

Yeah my clinic offers hcg, TRT+ deca or anavar, but you can't order both deca and anavar. I have no idea what goes into these decisions.

If you're worried about crossing lines, we did that a lot of lines ago.

Mine is $20/month just like all other prescriptions. I think you have better insurance than me.
That's if I use CVS for the script. Some other pharmacies, including the mail order one my insurance likes us to use, is $20/month. So might be worth checking out your local CVS if you have one

I started at a clinic that was 99$ per month 4 years ago. Did it for a year then approached my trusted urologist of 10+ years and asked him if he'd transition my care bc I preferred pharma vs compounded medicine. He knew I had low T but we never talked testosterone therapy due to timing for kids etc and the fact that it wasn't his specialty. He just said to me. "how do you feel and what are you taking?" and we continued on with it. 160mg per week test cyp (35$ for 10ml w/goodrx), anastrozole (10$ for 30 1mg pills), pregnyl 125$ for 10,000 iu which I don't use anymore as I don't really like it nor want to pay for it.

Only problem is he got itchy when my test came back 1000+ one or 2 times. I'm usually 800-900.

My best advice is to STAY AWAY FROM TRT BOARDS. It is full of guys with problems who think if they are injecting 140mg it's Christmas but at 150mg or 3 hours too late and it's the end of the world and they can't get boners or have edema. It's full of nutcases. Just inject and be happy it isn't an exact science.

I go through an online clinic. 125 a month for 200 test mixed with 1 mg anastrazole. It comes with extra caps of anastrazole and enclomiphene. I could go to a local clinic that is taken by my insurance but those places freak out if your test levels are higher and threaten to drop you if it’s frequently higher. So I pay the 125 to get blood work and do as I please. I do know that if I blast too much I never feel right on my maintenance dose so I only blast 2x a year or try to. Really I guess it comes down to what you are willing to pay and deal with.
